Linking Issues after uptdate to 6.11

I upgraded my Dolphin site and now I am having problems linking from page to page from the top nav area.Specifically, if I click Blogs, I get a NOT FOUND 404 page error. The same holds true for the majority of page links at the top. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
