**Instead of posting something negative about some of the things that have/are happened/ing to me. I wanted to share this. For me the blogs should be these kind of issues/information. Blogs, for Boonex, should be a place to network and get quick technical advice. The expertzzz forum should be the technical library. Anyway, off that tangent.
I've spent countless hours and a couple months surfing through the expertzzz forum and the blogs. As a new user you're probably wondering who you need to see to get the job done right or get your question answered with the BEST possible customer service. I don't have personal experience with each of these guys but I do read good things about them.
Most of the developers on this site are helpful; however, these guys stand out from the rest. CyberXing understands the meaning of GREAT customer service. He knows that is what customers, especially from the U.S., are going to expect. We, in the U.S., are not used to paying money and getting ripped off or blown off. We expect installs to happen in a timely manner or to be given real dates for that install. Set a timeline for your customers. If you say two weeks then make it two weeks. If you break that timeline then make sure you email the person and keep them informed. So, newbies, give these guys a chance to help you first before you venture out. I wish I could have gotten some guidance in the beginning. If you have positive experiences with people post them. Also, if you have very poor customer service, I'd like to know who to avoid. Thanks
Matt
