License & Errors after Dolphin 6.0004 Upgrade

I'm now getting this error & the nav bar is not formatting correctly, even when using the default UNI template.

Warning: file_get_contents(http://license.boonex.com/orca.php?LN=&d=mytksite.com) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/u3/stonersdream/mytksite.com/html/orca/classes/Admin.php(44) : eval()'d code on line 10

Further, the license generated by Unity is reporting as invalid? I've tried deleting & re-generating the license but no luck.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
