I can not request any free ray licences?The script asked for a domain name, but nothing else. It does not give the keys?
2 days ago the option for free ray licences was not there. Now it is but it does not work?
Is there a problem in the licences request area?

I have tried to generate Free licenses using Licenses -> Ray Free -> Get Free Licenses and it worked for me. I used FireFox.
