Are you don`t play with source files?

I recommend you in next time add new fields step-by step that know exactly place when appear such problem

Is this because a field is expecting the wrong data type

Is there anyway to tell which field is causing the issue???

Figured out the problem had the field type set to Text and was trying to call #!Toys Predifined Values.

Ok .. seems that need add checks about pre-values and text type ..

Damn, I'm having the same problem. Never modified the PHP, just the field names in the admin section.
