Is Cyberxing down?

Yes, i was willing to post the same question. Not even their site is working... Is for 2 days already... Media server also down... So i start to doubt about their service. If this situation continues im afraid i have to ask a refund and switch to another. I already have enough headaches working on Dolphin, so i don't need one in plus.

Yeah my site hosted with cyberxing is down,,,, Oh dear i hope someone hasnt pulled the plug !!

Earlier today CyberXing's New York based datacenter experianced a power cutover, the backup power kicked in as it was suppose too, although the fail over switches did not detect the loss of connection and did not transfer the DNS to the secondary servers.

Once this was detected, we had to manually make the changes, and worked to get the issue resolved in a VERY timely manner.

As well, this let us see the error in the backup system and was able to correct that as well.

Shaneed, as for the see more RMS, those servers were not effected, and if you are having problems, its advisable to submit a ticket.

All sites should be, and have been back up about 5 minutes after your posting of this message.

Sites back up .. all working well.. Good job from cyberxing.. but it was longer than 5 mins.. but at least everything is now good..

P.S cyberxing are very good.. i have read a lot about them, but i can not fault them..really ..Once youve had a bad host you know who the good guys are ...

Just as an update, We have launched our Dedicated Servers as well.

We have installed and upgraded our power management systems, and also update our digital backup devices for the Dedicated Server solutions.
