Inserting/ editing image in news on admin page

1. Is there a way to have the insert/edit image on the admin news? Modifications?2. Using the html option on the blogs, classifieds portion of adding a post seems to strip any kind of paypal form button that is put in there. Is there a mod that would allow this at least for the classifieds portion? Has anyone come up with a mode that would allow PayPal buttons to be inserted?
