I paid my 99 dollars..What's Up?!?!?!

I paid 99 bucks for a no-ad Dolphin license and the only correspondence I've gotten from anyone is paypal who took my money and sent me a receipt..Anyone know when Boonex wakes up and pays attention to their paying customers? Right now I am not happy......I want my license damnit..time is money!!!Yell

Sorry for the inconvenience and sorry that you are so angry.

Sometimes, during the payment process some connection errors occur on PayPal or with your connection, sometimes PayPal will hold some transactions without any explanations for the reason, sometimes people pay by eCheque and such payments take some time to be cleared. In all these cases this is out of our control, but our system generates licenses as soon as payment has been processed to our PayPal account.

Usually, see more when paid customers do not get their licenses they paid for, they contact us providing their transaction ID and if this payment is completed, we gladly send them licenses.

I've made a search in our database and didn't find any payments from you, and this means that one of the above mentioned causes may have happened. So please, calm down and kindly provide us with your transaction ID and Unity username at presale@boonex.com and get your license for 99AUD.

BTW, just get the infromation from Mike and he sent me your transaction ID. Making a search I got the following results - you have several Unity accounts and you made an order using your another Unity nickname, not "draketungsten". Your license has been successfully generated and in time, but under your second unity account. So, please login there - Licenses and enjoy your dolphin license for 99 AUD.

I don't have another Unity account, I just entered the wrong name when I was ordering,Chip is my regular name...By the way I am sorry for being so grumpy last night..long day.

I got my unlimited license from the other account....it's not my account though and I wouldn't have been able to access it with you providing the login information. I sent the person who owns that account and email telling them I accessed their account to retrieve my license number. The particular Boonex account "Chip" where my unlimited license got posted to, seems to be, other than my license, all free licenses, and that person is all but inactive in the unity community. I don't even see more know if they still have Dolphin up and running somewhere. It's not my business really..I just hope Boonex can delete my unlimited license from his account and attribute it to mine where it belongs. All this problem started because I wasn't paying attention when I ordered the license and entered my real name instead of my Boonex ID into the ID field.

Well then you shouldnt of made up another account ...thats why your having problems and I dont blame DOLPHIN for your errors If anyone has to blame for this error its you , and next time you might learn not to make more the 1 account ...

Hi hanzahar!

The problem was solved and was not really a Boonex problem. Just be careful to type your Unity username in the BoonEx ID field correctly while ordering licenses.

Hello all, While purchasing a license I also forgot to put 2009 after my nick-name = marconi, so anyone can tell me if my license alson got lost?
my Unity user name as you can see is = marconi2009.
