How to show new users in browse.php

Hello,I am using Dolphin6.0003+Ray3.0 (without Ads).
When members click to browse.php they view all users or they may select few options.
But I want when members click to browse.php, the page shows first new users (last registered or users who change something in theirs profiles). Its Much like (Last) in (MEMBERS BLOG) of Index HomePage.
Please help me.
