What i would like to know is how to get the Contact Us to actually contact the webmaster admin for the community that way when a memeber contacts you you can respond directly back to them on the community as aposed to some other email address.
If a member is reporting a problem you have no way of keeping track of that member as it relates to a given problem.
Well, got that working - Zorro, make sure there is a "webmaster@yoursite.com" on the machine you are hosting dolphin from - the software looks for that and sends mail to it. There seems to be no other way.
When you install Dolphin it asks for three different email addresses... If you site is trying to sendmail to "webmaster@yoursite.com" that means you left them blank during install. To change them just edit /inc/header.inc.php ... that file has all three addresses (and all the other info about your site) in it.
Thanks guys. But here is my question when you configure these 3 addresses will a question comming from a member get sent directly to one of the three addresses and maintain email history for that memeber.
But is your suspport system going to respond back and forth to the memebers account or the email address they used with the account?
It needs to be directly to their account. Comming from someone who belongs to a bunch of these kinds of networks I can tell you its a pain not to have the responses going to the individual account for tha

No, that is upto you to keep track, and its your email program that you would be using.
I have created a support system that is tracking "tickets" and should have it available in the next week as well.
