How to enable the Subscribe feature?

How does one enable the Subscribe feature? If a user enters their email address in the email field, where does it go? I don't see an option to administer a newsletter based on people who wish to subscribe.

if you go to your admin->Builders->HompageBuilder->in the right column and there should be two columns, find the builder for Subscribe,click on the text will bring up a settings box and choose to enable for your members and /or guest click save.

Thanks! That helped me find my way to admin->Tools->Mass Mailer as well. Another question, how do I 1) see a list of subscribed users and 2) delete an email or 3) modify an email?

This is for Dolphin v. 6.0.0005
