High cpu power in shared hosting

since i started using dolphin, i have experienced a high cpu power im my shared hosting and it is turning my site off automatically because of my shared hosting configuration. is there a way i can enable caching or decrease cpu power

I am having the same problem with shared hosting. Is a VPS a requirement for running Dolphin?
No, a VPS is not a requirment.

Not sure why you would get getting high CPU cycles unless you have some things that are in a loop.
I use hostforweb.com vps1 and its great

High Bandwidth/User(s) accessing your site, certain features use up way more CPU resources then others.
