Help with music upload

When i try to upload music , it stalls with the spinning logo and says loading .
this is a fresh install . and i deas ?

several things which version have you installed? have you ran dolphin on this server previously? do you know if you can run ffmpeg.exe? there are more questions, but this seems to me to be a ray issue. are you running the free RMS from boonex? do you have your parameters set right in your php.ini? do you have your dolphin/ray parameters settings right?

Yes , this is 6.0.0005
i had 6.0.0004 and it worked except that when i uploaded any media , the permissions wouldnt change , so i deleted it and put 6.0.0005 up .
I have 6.1b2 also set up with its own db .
I use boonex's rms server , which works fine with 6.1b2.
I have no restriction on my server whatsoever , i have full control .
all permissions are correct , and i have had a boonex tech check everything through a ftp account i set up for them . They cant figure it out either .
