Having problem with Permissions

Hey did anyone come across this problem before, when i chmod everything goes trough fine except these ones,| ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/config.xml | 644Non-writable | 666Writable |

| ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/main.xml | 644Non-writable | 666Writable |
| ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/skins.xml | 644Non-writable | 666Writable |
I wonder what i doing wrong and why it don't go trough. Please help me. thanks

Seemed you not changed permissions for this files.
if you are using ssh for changing permissions just run
chmod -v 666 ./ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/config.xml ./ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/langs.xml ./ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/main.xml ./ray/modules/shoutbox/xml/skins.xml
If you are using FTP client - just go to ray/modules/shoutbox/xml folder and change permissions for this files.
