Forums problem...

Sometime when I go to my forums page I get this message in red " Sorry, site is unavailable now, please try again later."

How can I fix this? it doesn't make any sense to me!

Also sometime when I go to my groups area, at the very top of the screen I get this message

what can I do to fix this?

Any chance you're finding this on a test site and you have password code in your htaccess file? I have the same situation and it's due to that. Once I comment out those lines in the htaccess, the forums behave.
