Failed To Open Stream

As soon as my main page (i.e. www.domain.com) loads, I get the below error messages. Can someone help me with this?

Plz specify what Server API do you use? You can try to set '/' slashes in $dir['root'] variable of inc/header.inc.php file.

When you say set "/" slashes in $dir["root"] variable of inc/header.inc.php file...do you mean this $dir["inc/header.inc.php"]?
