Errors in editor

I upgraded to 6.0.0004 from 6.0.003 and now I am having issues with the editor giving me java errors when i go to the builders menu in admin panel. "Error 'version' is undefined'
1. I am not getting the html section at the bottom when I go to edit a Navigation menu.
2. When I go to Homepage Builder I get the editor but the color pop does not work.
Tried posting this on expertzzz forum but no help so I fugured I try here.
Hope someone can help me here.
