Error 403 uploading video

trying to upload test video on our site but get an error uploading file 403. I go into the portion to upload video, then I enter info needed and then select upload. It acts like it is uploading but then right at the end I get the error. Any ideas? Oh by the way, I have the max size set to 20.

Provide URL of your site first. And in what step you got 403 error ?

My URL is josiahfoundation.com. I get the error right at the end after it reaches 100% completed.
