ERROR - UNDEFINED - Video Upload Error

I have reinstalled my widgets and it allows me to upload a video then it says Alert "Undefined"

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

First of all check all points from this manual:

If everything is OK, then provide me your FTP and CPanel access, we'll investigate your situation.

The plot thickens. I can remove the video that is uploaded and upload another one no problem. So why only allow 1 video per user? My settings are set to 20 videos per person
