Duplicate members in Admin panel

In the Profiles section of: sitename.com/admin/profiles.php?profiles=Active

the same member is being listed twice (with all the same info -- ID, NickName, email, etc).

Refresh will not correct.

If you have same ID number for more than 1 user. There is a problem in the script. Replace the file

admin/profiles.php

Thanks guys. I replace profiles.php, but no luck. It's also not automatically applying Promotional Membership for new members (just assigning Standard).
There is so many issues here that I am just going to do another install with whatever Boonex sends as a fix on Monday.
