Double Click Folders to show the hidden Topics

I'm just wondering is there a way where we don''t have to double click the folder to show the hidden topics?

The forum at www.expertzzz.com doesn't need us to double to show the topics. Any idea how to do this?

Yes, I'd like to see this as well. Its much nicer to have a heading, then the topics below in plain view.
