Dont we need File browser in D7 Admin?

so, dont we need File browser photo in D7 admin

to set files/folders permissions

to copy/move files

to view/edit files etc?

Why should we have it in admin? I don't see the use of this.
There we have a ftp client for.
But thats my opinion to this.

As a long time Etomite/MODx user, I've become used to the idea of a file manager, and I now prefer it. Yes, you can use FTP, but it's considerably slow and takes more time to do your work than if you use a file manager within the software itself.

But, that's just my opinion. Maybe someone can make a mod for this.
