The dev train is moving on. Now the pack is feature-complete (ok, almost). Today we're moving to the point where we'll be testing and fixing, polishing and improving, cleaning and... ok, you've got it.
What's in:
- BoonEx put Dolphin on a fatty diet and now it's gotten a little wider. Optionally wider. It's either 700 or 900px wide - up to ya.
- Pages builders are now so much more powerful. Now you can change your site layout with absolutely unmatched flexibility. Instead of the default 2 columns you can create 1-4 columns and adjust their width. This gives you HUGE customization opportunities.
- The login system has been improved. Now we've got a new pop-up login window here and there and that fancy 'remember me' feature.
- Massive code optimization. Large amounts of code have been re-written to a classes-based structure.
- And a load of closed tickets.
- Ray Suite now boasts a new IM, really new - more like the new Chat.
- Orca 2.0 Beta is integrated in this beta release. Use these instructions after installation to let it operate correctly.
But, hey!
.. yeah, yeah - after all this surgery Dolphin still needs some treatment. We see bugs here and there, spot them and kill them, but we need your help. It's a bug makeover and needs extensive testing. Play with it and comment. Pundits - please, create tickets. All guns are ready to fire up with a bug-free, fast and cool Dolphin 6.1 + Ray 3.5.

When i have a match in Dolphin, im getting sent this MAtch email 5 times.

I saw now, that im getting these match mails (5 times) every 10 minutes.
With these mails im getting once Cron mail. Content (first time from my post):

Now when i got 10 minutes later the other match mails, also one cron mail with content:

but i go try the new IM on boonex.us and it dont work... and the ray chat dont too...the page is loading... and loading... but nothing start.... and i want to know like carlotino says.... there is still 105 trac on the 6.1 dev.... what about that... will you forget it and put it for the 6.2?? :( or you will still make it for the version 6.1?

1. There is no membership action for the admin to decide allowances/restrictions to "GROUPS" and "EVENTS" for membership types.
Example:
We have created a membership type called "FREE" and set the allowances to "search, view profile, view photo gallery, send greetings and view photos". Everything else is prohibited.

I just joined a group, but when trying to make a post in the group, I got this:

Error was fixed - groups were changed to classes, but links to old files groups.php and group_home.php were left.

then the Members thing pops up under it where you have the option to click on All members, online, search, myfriends, or hot or not... well you cant click on them with exlporer. now if i use firefox then it works the way its supposed to... so you may want to check and see if thats a bug.
And i did try to submit a ticket but see more
Upgrade pack from 6.0 to 6.1 will be developed only after final release of 6.1.

I am still getting java errors in pagebuilder/homepagebuilder, I guess I have to live with it. that was the first thing I tested in this beta because that is still my issue in the current release.

1. Plz provide access to test profile in your site. But don't forget that this stat relates to all site content, not only for activity of this user.
2. You can do it in mailbox (my mail section).
3. It was called by old browse.php system, which was directed to show 6 column area. Now you should delete this fragment from your browse.php -

There is a display problem for photos from gallery...

The width of the second column containing the photo is too small...
The drop down menu to select the country is not on the same line as the label Country. The flag for the default country (All) of course cannot display !
I'm using IE7
I think this problem is due to couples thumbnails... There are 2 thumbnails for a couple but Dolphin counts only one.
The label Ban Time In Hours is written on 3 lines (IE7)
when i install it at last i get this message
"Cannot execute MySql query"
I have problem whit registering chat. When i put code in, I get message displayed "Product not found"
and this is only on chat. Other things is ok.

I checked the demo and found something missing. May be I am wrong be not able to do it.
1- Homepage Builder doens't load on my computer. I am using IE 7.0
2- There should be option of "Auto Login" to any user account for Admin so that admin can edit, delete anything for particular user.
Its required because admin interface cannot include everything to be edited.
Eg. user comments.

1) Admin demo locates in

2) It was rested every 10 minutes. Seems after your changes system made reset and you saw from user site default version of Dolphin. Now we increase this interval to 30 minutes.

1- Well "Auto Login" features seems very strange for you but belive me in near future you will definetly feel it to have it included.
Its becuase due to it Admin can have total control over a user on each n every part which are not yet included in admin interface.
Like in admin interface there is no good option of editing user groups, blogs, comments.
Its not time consuming job, just need to start a new temp session on particular username. see more

In the list of the participants to an event, a long username is pushing the next thumbnail to the right... (IE7)

I did post the same when alpha was released, but did not see any response to it. Please let me know about this, should I wait for these two till 6.1 final release or should I proceed with private mods offered by some expertzzz.
-admin/pagebuilder.php, videopage builder etc - loading and loading-nothing happens
-admin/advanced settings - change settings doesnt work. Try to check the boxes and save but they wont save.
-Template 900 or 700 px. If you change to 700 your site will be on half the browser.
When will the fixed files be available for download? Or do I have to change all files?
Seriously I took off Dolphin 6.1b because of two error 1) can't register ray widget. 2) Forum displays a [L] and when I create something then a user goes to that topic is says Access Denies.
However the uploading files went fine after alittle adjustments to the php.ini and the ,htaccess file. I assmume you fixed the uploading crap. I right now am freshly uploading the Dolphin 6.1b again because I think I copied over Dolphin 6.1a and that may be the reason why it wasn't working. see more
Did you remove the "chicks for free" feature in this version? I couldn't see it in the advanced settings anymore.
Can't you put it back... And preferably allow us to set different memberships for the different choices? For example, males get subscription 1, females subscription 2, couple subscription 3 etc automatically?

First I would like to thank you for this excellent software.
I am building a social network website for the senior citizens in Israel and I will use Dolphin.
I am a newbie in Dolphin and into this community.
I am testing this version ,as well as building Hebrew language and RTL template.
I have found a few bugs:
1. Orca forum to groups gives [L[[Access Denied]] though I compiled the language.
2. Where do I add a language file for Orca?
3. =>Wierdest bug: each change on the user's see more

1. I recompiled the Orca Lang File. and it works when I go directly to /orca. it is not working when I go to /groups/orca/?action=goto&forum_id=1#action=goto&new_topic=1
2. All my members are Active, yet when a member changes his profile (for instance birth date or male / female) he becomes inactive again.
3.Funny enough, when the Language is English I can read the blog posts, But when I switch to Hebrew NOT :-(
