Dolphin 6.1 on clusters?

In Dolphin 6.1 release was noticed what Dolphin can be running on a clustered servers. How?? There are no codes for that. For standard mechanism with data replication there should be capability to have connection with master and slave servers. But Dolphin have no such capability. As variant it can be circle replication with MySQL 5, but I have doubts what it was tested...
