Dedicated or Vps for using dolphin???

Hi folks!, i got some question now before the version of dolphin 7 will be release.. i want to prepare myself to hosting one of the most advanced gay dating website using dolphin of course... but i fed up spending money for hosting who cannot run a big website like that...

So my first question is: do i choose vps or dedicated...  i want to get the most speed i can...  most of vps server oversell account on the same connection so it can be lame for user.. mostly when they try to download music or video from the dolphin website... so the best is to have an hosting with at least 100mbps connection... private connection... thats why im interested about dedicated server...  for now im using a vps at 2mbps connection... but unmetered bandwidth...

Yes, unmetered bandwidth... i think its a must from an hosting server if you plan using dolphin an expect more than 10 000 or 50 000 active user who download everyday a lot a music and video file from the website... but unmetered bandwidth at 100mbps is little bit expensive...

I choose one last week... serverpronto... offer the best deal on the web... yes... a dedicated server from 39$ per month at 100mbps and 2000 gig transfer... seams to be a cool plan for start the community... and after that.. when i see that i need more bandwidth... unmetered... i will just have to change my hosting compagny... but guess what... i lost 175$ can

Actually server pronto is a scam and fraudulous compagny... i never be able to setup even just 1 website on their server after i pay.... i try to contact them but nothing... they only reply me that i need to pay another extra for any support or action from their side... so i decide to check for fun and curiosity on google about the serverpronto(name also as infolink) and i got a lot of link to forums and blog of people telling that this hosting company is scam... so i hate myself to not checking that before taking any hosting plan with this shitty company...  so beware!!!!  before taking any hosting plan from any company check the feedback on google.. or just make a test with the keyword "fraud" with the name of the hosting company...

So the point is.. does anyone got a really good hosting company with dedicated or vps plan on 100mbps connection... less than 100$ per month...

Im tired to lose money with all these hosting plan who hide scam...

And should i use vps or dedicated?
