Classified Moderation Issue in 6.0.0004

I see there is a new check box in Advanced Settings:

"Automatic advertisements activation after adding"

Should unchecking this therefore force all classifieds to be moderated before being posted publicly? This is a feature I've wanted. However, the classifieds still seems to get posted publically automatically.

Thoughts?
