Cannot access Ray Suite from plugins section 6.0.0004

I cannot access the Ray Suite from the admin panel in Dolphin 6.0.0004 (ad free). When I go to "Plugins" and click the Ray Suite link nothing happens the link is not active. I cannot access Ray Base or any of the other Ray Widgets.I previously tried to install Ray Media Server but was not successful in getting it up and running although I don't think that should effect opening the Ray Suite. Anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

Have you tried holding your shift key and refreshing?

I followed your instructions but it did not help. Holding the shift key down opens a new blank page. I refreshed before, during, and after holding down the shift key.
