Can I Add a new link in the topest menu?

Hello Everyone...I already have installed dolphin 6.0 and its features runs quite good..im now in a customization process..i would like to add a new link or page at the topest menu where links, news, about us where resides..CAN ANYBODY HERE KNOWS HOW TO ADD A LINK OR PAGE? Any help are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance..
