CCbill vs Dolphin???

First, i try to test ccbill with dolphin 6.1.1

and i got this problem when i try to checkout

Second, i try to desactivate all the other payment gateway... and it dont works!

i uncheck all the other and click on save... but they still appear checked....

and i want to know it is possible to get more than just 1 paying membership with ccbill??? i only see 1 place to enter the subscription ID... and its in the payment provider page in admin.... it should be into the membership management too....  how should I propose multiple level of membership with multiple bonus if the member take a 6 month membership or a year prepaid membership... if i only can use ONE payment ID in ccbill....  i personally think that the ccbill payment gateway on dolphin should be improve... and with the recurring billing to.... dont think that my member want to enter their credit card each month for renew the membership....
