Blog HTML

Hi everyone,

I am trying to insert HTML code into blog posts on dolphin 6.1.1, the code is like this: <iframe src="http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/" width="90%" height="400" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes"></iframe>

I can insert this code in the HTML of Page Builder and works correctly, however I want to insert HTML in a blog post but it will not show up for some reason.

Other things are sgowing up for eg. a youtube embed file is no problem....

Is there any way around this, or is there something wrong with my blogs tinymce editor?

Your help with this is appreciated.

Jeff

You want attach here IFRAME? and allow do it for everybody?
what you think about secure? Allowing iframe give possibility to post here any Trojan (JS or Flash too), this is common way to simple hacking. Think twice.
So about your problem - recheck what saved into database and what generated.

I don't want to actually allow everyone to attach an IFrame, just me.

I have a guy who writes a blog (using google blogger) and we want to share it on the site.

I tried to use the admin articles section instead (and would prefer to use this section) but that doesn't allow HTML at all.

Is there a way I can put HTML in the Admin Articles?

Any suggestions?

I guess the only option is for me to create a new page for this if there is no other way.

Thanks for your comments Andrey, see more I am fairly new to this technology so am not fully aware of what is possible, So I am concerened about what you are warning me about.

I am just wondering if there is a way around it?

Sure I could copy and paste into a new page but that could become quite time consuming and I am trying to automate things as much as possible.

Thanks

Jeff

mm, so maybe better (if you have constant URL to iframe) - just hardcode it somewhere, or put into template file ?
