Admin Menu Builder

I've been having problems for the last few days with my Navigation Menu Builder.
I have been looking and asking around but not getting any replies, so hopefuly i can get one here.
When i log in to my admin panel and click on Navigation Menu Builder it just sits there and loads.
Even if i let it sit for an hour it still loads.
What could be wrong and how can i fix it?
Thanks

I believe we have fixed this problem in the previous patches.

So, please let us know 2 things below.

What is your current version?
In which browser do you experience this problem?

I am having this same problem. Shows the little rotating images implying that it is loading but nothing happens. I am using version 6.1 and I have tried in IE 7, FF, and safari.

this problem occurs on all the browsers I have no matter what version.

I did not install dolphin on the www/root but on a subfolder, which I do not think would affect butis worth letting know.
please let us know a solution

I'm stumped. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? I'm certainly no expert, but any help would be appreciated.
