Adding new pages (embedding widgets)

Greetings... I have managed embedding a widget into the "about me" section...

I was wondering... How can I make new pages to embed different widgets...???

Here is an example of what I want... I embedded a video news feed...

I need to be able to create new pages that I can link up to the navagation bar... like a stickam livecast...

I have taken the about_me.php using it as a template and edited it... into news_tv.php renaming specific fields.. but in the language settings I cannot find them...

I suggest using IFrames, their easy to use, implement and customize, plus you can utilize content from literally any site!
