Add new page with friendly urls in 6.1

lets not only add new page that works...but lets change url from www.site.com/viewPage.php?ID=Tutorials

to:

www.site.com/dolphin-tutorials-by-mrpowless

(I am not sure whether I should post my question here)

Can I add "dynamic blocks" to the new page rather than just HTML blocks.

I want my new page to be listed in the "Fields Builder" page alongside "Join Form", Edit Profile", etc

I want to add Active Items/Blocks to my new page

Thanks very much MrP... found this a while back, finally got it working for new pages today.

I am trying to find out why my groups, photos, and articles permalinks don't work, but the rest do... but that is a question for the forums. Cheerz mate.
