if i select United State then i have a list of States to chose.

Thanks so much for all of your help. I followed the steps and I got this message after entering all of the states:
"Couldn't compile prof.inc.php. Please check permissions"

And where I was to change country to state in the fields builder like this...
#!States it has a red box around it and a red X by the field and will not let me save it.
