Actually it is pretty easy to place it anywhere on a profile page. If you need that feature then contact us via inbox and we will provide you with a simple instruction on how to make it so there will appear a page block for carousel in the page builder for profile page.
As to an ability to select all albums - we will think about adding it to the next update.
