Site Testimonials

This is a complete redesign of our previous Testimonials module which is now deprecated. Purchasers of that module will be given a free copy of this version

This is an advanced feedback feature that allows clients and members to post feedback about your site. The feedback can be moderated so the Site Administrator can select from all the submitted feedback, the ones that are most appropriate to show to the public. Along with the feedback message, posters can optionally state their location, web presence and company information. This gives credibility to the testimonials.

Testimonial block is available in all pages in the page builder. This allows you to strategically place the block on different sections of the site. For example, to provide good visibility, you may want to place the block on the following pages :

Join Page - When prospective members goes to register on your site they will see a section showing the good things others are saying about you. This is a motivator to follow through with the signup process.

Homepage - This is the first impression of your site that visitors get. A "What others are saying" section can be appropriately displayed here.


Posting a Testimonial

Post links have been conveniently placed in the bottom menu and also in the bottom member menu to facilitate posting a Review for the site.

Depending on the nature of your site, you can allow visitors or only members to have the ability to post Reviews.


Configuration Options :

Ability to pre-moderate testimonials before they are published on the site.

Ability to Allow/Disallow Entering Demo Link - Depending on the nature of the site, it might be an excellent idea to allow posters to include a demo link to show off a product so others can see that there feedback is substantiated. For example if your site focuses on web development services, the person posting the review can post a link showing the work that your company has done for them on their site.

Ability to Allow/Disallow Entering Company/Business Name - The poster may want to say which company they work for or represent.

Ability to Allow/Disallow Entering Location of poster - The poster may want to indicate where they are from. This can be a good way to show that your services are utilized across a wide demographic.

Allow/Disallow a Member to Post Multiple Reviews - You have the option to limit whether the same person can post more than one review.

Membership Level integration allows Administrators to limit which memberships can post Testimonials. For example, Administrator may want to restrict visitors from posting Testimonials.

Captcha integration to reduce the possibility of Spam Postings.
