Push Notifications & Android App Rebranding

Now Android app for your Dolphin site can send push notifications. That can happen each time a user should get an email from your site. Push notficatons don't go to spam and they are always read by users.

To see push notifications in action just open http://rayzzz.com/dolphin, join the site, install android app (link is on the homepage), login the app with your test account (that is necessary to send the push token to the site), exit the app, login http://rayzzz.com/dolphin with your account, go to the account's page and click "Test Push".
