Technical Checklist...

This module allows your members to leave reviews/feedback for any other profile on your site. Any registered member can leave a review along with 5 stars based rating. The list of reviews can be seen by anyone, including non-registered visitors (but only registered members can leave a review). You as admin can decide whether:

A member can leave more than one review for the same profile

Whether a profile owner should be able to manage (approve or delete) his reviews. If this option is enabled then a profile owner can delete any review and also can enable/disable the autoapprove feature, when autoapprove is disabled then a newly added review should be approved by you a profile owner in order to become available for reading by others

What the order of the reviews list must be (date posted ascending/descending, rating, random)

There is an add-on for this module Profile Validations which allows to mark positively reviewed profiles.
