Newsletter module aims to be a full blown newsletter solution for your Dolphin Site. See sample list of features below.
Newsletters
Administrator can create multiple Newsletters, each of which is sent out to a particular Subscriber list.
Newsletters can be active or draft.
Lists
It is possible to create lists to which Newsletters can be sent.
You can filter who can join (based on Member Status, Gender, Location and Membership Level).
You can schedule when Newsletters attached to this list are sent. The schedule can be daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or yearly. Additionally, a specific date can be set.
An Auto-Responder can be attached to a list.
Lists can be public or private.
Subscribers
Persons can subscribe to Newsletters or Administrator can create Subscribers and add them to Lists. Personal data (name, email etc) and demographic data (Country, Zip Code etc.) can be entered for Subscribers.
It is possible to export a list of Subscribers.
It is possible to blacklist particular Subscribers.
Auto Responders
Auto Responders can be created which are automatically sent out upon subscription or un-subscription from a Newsletter.
Templates
It is possible to create multiple templates which can be utilized when creating Newsletters. The template would be a preformatted design to make it easier to compose Newsletters.
