This tool is very useful when your chat is too popular and many users want to use the same room for chatting. You can easily limit the maximum users number in the room in your chat settings. So if the user will exceed this number he will get the alert message (on the screenshot):
(You can't join this room. Unfortunately it's full. Please try again later.)
After that the user should choose some other room to join.
Chat Administrator off cource can join the room in any moment even if it's already full.
