This module allows members and guests to send requests for callback or form with questions/comments on email(s). It allows your clients to communicate with you very fast when they have some problems. Thus you may increase site’s service quality and catch potential clients when they have questions, but don’t know how to communicate with you and going to leave the site. We created special design for callback button which attracts users' attention. It means user never misses it.
Features:
1) Allows to enable this form only for quests/members or both.
2) You may choose which methods to use: via email or by phone (we plan to add SMS notification to the next version).
3) You may set a few emails on which to send requests.
