Awards

This module allows you to award your members with image-based awards for different kinds of actions. All profile awards are then visible directly on a profile page. Also members could see the list of available awards which can possibly encourage them to try to get those awards thus generating more content for your site.

An award is being represented by an image (configurable width and height), a name and a tooltip (appears on mouseover and can be useful for providing a description of a goal).

All awards split into several categories by the way they could be achieved:

• General


• Online time


• Comments left


• Forum topics created


• Forum posts added


• Photos uploaded


• Videos uploaded


• Sounds uploaded

If you have our Profile Stats module installed then awards of all categories besides "General" are being assigned automatically upon reaching the goal value. If Profile Stats module is not installed then a site admin can assign awards manually by going to a desired profile page and giving him any awards in just a few clicks. The same applies to awards of a "General" category - i.e. that is a category for awards that could be granted only by admin and can not be achieved in any other way.

If you have our Global Points System module installed then each award can have a points value which is then being added automatically to a member's points counter upon getting an award.
