Advanced Search Form

This module allows you to control more precisely the type and look of fields on search forms. It applies to all kinds of Selector and Multiple Selector types of fields. Sometimes it becomes a problem that a Dropdown box kind of a field on search forms become a dropdown boxes without any ability to deselect a value and exclude a field from a search filter. For example if a Country field is on a search form then a Country will always be included in a search flter. With this module you can change that behavior in a few ways.

First of all, it allows to add an empty value to the list of values, thus allowing anyone to exclude that field from search filter by selecting an empty value. Another option is to change the type of control to either multiselectable box or a set of checkboxes. This is giving you an opportunity to change types of controls as you wish, thus giving you total control over the look of your search forms.

On the screenshots above you can see how Country field may look differently depending on a selected type of control. The same change may be applied to any field of Selector or Multiple Selector types (Sex, LookingFor, HairColor, Country, etc...)
