REAL ESTATE MODULE !!!
This is a new, truly user-friendly module for your members. It’s the real estate business module, which has a very intuitive interface.
After looking at http://realestate.yahoo.com, http://www.realtor.com/ and other real estate websites, I decided to build my own version of such a website, but for dolphin.
I had worked hard for few weeks, and now, take my word, that this is the really good product.
Main functionality:
* unique form of adding real estate posts (using ajax uploader of images etc)
* listings types (Homes for Sale, Apartments for Rent)
* 7 property types (Condo/Townhouse, Lots/Land, Mobile Home, Multifamily Dwelling, Other, Single Family Home, Timeshares)
* abstruse search filter
* unique photo album view of posts
* integration of Bing maps (so it’s possible to see where your house is even using eye bird view) :)
* integrated Home Loan Calculator
* list / gallery switcher in search results
* using memberships for posting ads (so you can charge your members for posting real estate ads)
* short sale feature (you can decide to set short sale before Foreclosure case)
* foreclosures status
* full integration with tags
* user friendly
* and others
* search ajaxy form at set location page
* share listing feature
* admin panel
* index page block with map
* local results at main page
* price field have own format (to better reading)
* one new field to store hidden private info (example: about customer)
* last comments at homepage
* homepage in pageBuilder
* organize functional (drag and drop to adjust order of photos)
* new map options to admin panel: default latitude, longitude and zoom

* 2 new options in settings: currency and square dimension

This is an awesome mod from Andrew, he is an amazing programmer!
I would like to be able to choose a default currency instead of being forced to use the US$. Other than that, a must have mod.
I guess that's the proof that makes http://www.demozzz.ru a great friend and one of the main reasons so many new functions are available for the boonex product.
