Page Access Control

Important Notice: This mod became part of Dolphin by default since 7.0.7 version. I.e. you don't have to buy it if you have Dolphin 7.0.7 or higher.

 
This mod allows you to control page blocks visibility and menu items visibility more precisely as well as to control access to almost all of your pages. Using this mod you can set up blocks visibility to a particular membership level that you already have. For example you don't want members with standard membership level to post comments to shared photos and to rate photos. Then you just switch off visibility for blocks Comments and Rate for the standard membership level. Or you can create any custom block in admin panel probably with some special content. And easily set it's visibility only for your Premium members. As another example - if you're using membership levels to define different profile types (customers and merchants, or different professions, etc.), you can use this mod to show page blocks relevant only to a particular profile type (membership level). And in the same way it allows you to control navigation menu and member menu items visibility. I.e. you can hide/show menu items only for particular Membership Levels.
Second part of this mod allows you to stop particular membership level from accessing any of your site pages. For example you can easily restrict standard members from creating groups, events, joining to groups, or viewing video, but leave them ability to search through groups and/or video. For example you don't want standard members to be able to upload files, then you can just protect address (URL) m/files/albums/my/add/. It's very flexible and can restrict access to any page on your site which has an unique address (URL).


Summarizing the functionality:
1) Module allows to control top menu items visibility depending on a member's membership level
2) Module allows to control member menu items (member menu is a bar with quick links at the bottom of all D7 pages) visibility depending on a member's membership level
3) Module allows to control page blocks visibility for all pages which are based on a controllable page blocks layout depending on a member's membership level
4) Module allows to control access to whole pages which have an unique address URL.
In other words this mod gives you much more control over the membership levels.
