Membership Levels Splitter

This module is an addon to Profile Types Splitter module. It allows you to split purchasable membership levels across different profile types. If a membership level is tied only to some certain profile type then it becomes visible and can be purchased only by members of that profile type.
Here is a most common example of using this module:
Let's say you have Personal and Business profile types and you want to charge your members differently depending on their profile type (Personal - $20 per month, Business - $50 per month) for the full site access. To achieve that you would have to create two membership levels, let's say `Gold Personal` and `Gold Business` and assign them appropriate pricing options. After doing that using Membership Levels Splitter module you're able to tie Gold Personal membership level to Personal profile type and Gold Business to Business profile type. Which means that if a Personal member will go to memberships purchase page he'll see only Gold Personal membership level and it's pricing options but if Business member will visit membership purchase page he'll see only Gold Business membership level and it's pricing options.
IMPORTANT: This mod is an extension to Profile Types Splitter module. Which means that this mod can't be used on sites where Profile Types Splitter isn't installed.
