This mod allows the Site Administrator to setup Bulletins in the Admin Panel and these Bulletins are shown to members when they log in (or optionally non-members too).
The mod is very flexible, allowing admin to create Bulletins that can be delivered to everyone or only to a particular subset of members.
It is also possible to link an Announcement to a Site URL or an External URL. For example, if an Announcement is made regarding an Event that is also listed on the site, you can link to that Event. In the same manner, if an Announcement is made regarding some external activity, it is possible to link to a website containing more information.
There are times when the Site Administrator wants to make announcements to only a specific set of members of the site.
Member access can be filtered by :
Bulletins can also be setup to be shown on particular days of the week and can be configured to expire on a specific date.
The mod seamlessly allows members to scroll through Bulletins with reloading the page.
Bulletins can be flagged as "Mark as Read" and those are not shown to the member again. However, those bulletins are still available for viewing if the member goes to the Bulletin main page and click on the "I Read Already" menu link.
Search functionality allows browsing of Bulletins by Keyword and also Calendar based browsing of Bulletins.
Some Examples Of How Bulletins Can Be Used
Scenario 1 : Admin can send Bulletins that are only viewable to Female Members located in the United States and Germany
Scenario 2 : Admin can send Bulletins to only Gold Membership members between the age of 20 and 40.
Scenario 3 : Admin can send Bulletins that are only viewable on Mondays and Wednesdays
There is also a Page Management Admin section which allows the site administrator to add Announcement block to any page on the site. The Administrator can choose the page, column and the order of appearance in the column.

well what can I say about Modzzz that as not been said already.
Can not get enough of he's great mods. My members have started to use my site more now.
I now have over 25 mods from him now on my site, which all work great and the members love them.
The only thing is that he makes so many great mods it's hard to pick which ones I want first,. :D
