Won't let people upload new pictures

My Dolphin installation won't let people upload new pictures. They can upload and when I go to Admin, all pictures appear listed but blank as they usually do when they are too large. I recently updated to PHP 5.3 and use Dolphin 6.1.6

Dolphin 6.1.6 is not optimized in order to work with PHP 5.3, you should keep old PHP version or update site to the latest Dolphin.
