Website Modifications

I currently have a Boonex Dolphin site that I need some customization. The site has all of the functionality that I need; however, I need it to look more appealing for my members.

 Work to be done:

-Upgrade to Dolphin 7.1.2 (I currently run a 7.0.9)

-Switch to custom template (not necessarily custom, but changed)

-Add a splash page with similar features to www.thelanguagebuzz.com (I would really like the block banner or something like it)

-Customize pages (About Us, Contact)

-Add additional 3 pages to go with splash page

*Assistance in adding content (Though I may not need help here)
