Website Design

Hello, I had to delete everything off my account and now I need my website completely redesigned. I need it to be optimized to work with IE8 and above. firefox,google chrome, mac o/s. I want a orginal design, not a reused template. design should include colors of royal blue white a white or grey background. also would like some 3d effects through out design as well. i am getting frustrated with having to pay to do double work so whoever applies for this should have very well knowledge of dolphin system. i have dolphin version 7.0.7. i also need design to make 100% it will work with mods that i have. contact me on here as well as send me a email to millistacks@gmail.com after you have applied on here for quicker response from me. thanks and happy bidding.
